The Conference Center on the Miles River respects the privacy of our clients. Personal information collected from you such as your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, etc. is never sold or given to any other company or individual.
The Conference Center on the Miles River does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, age, national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations. These activities include, but are not limited to, hiring and firing of staff, selection of volunteers and vendors, and provision of services. The Conference Center on the Miles River is committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all clients, guests, our staff, volunteers, sub-contractors, and vendors.
Pets are not allowed at any time. Considerations of liability, allergies, and damage require this policy to be strictly enforced. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), service animals are permitted.
In keeping with the Conference Center on the Miles River’s intent to provide a safe and healthful learning and work environment, smoking is prohibited. This policy applies equally to all guests and employees to our campus. Restrictions include but are not limited to: cigarettes, cigars, tobacco, and devices such as e-cigarettes, pipes, and vaporizers.
Individuals who smoke may do so in designated areas outside of all buildings. All smoking related debris must be disposed in the provided receptacles.
